Try eating big (with fat and protein) at morning, as soon as your body wakes up enough to start digestion. This way you have a slow supply of energy for the rest of the day.
Also, before sleep, have some medium-slow carbonhydrate source, so your body has energy present to repair itself while you sleep, but not an energy explosion that keeps you awake at night. White bread and down should be good enough.
ofc I am no dietetic, but this has worked well for me.
The common "eat sugar at morning and eat like a king at night" is absolute bullshit.
You'll just zap yourself awake at morning, getting really tired by noon.
And eating at night, you'll be awake due to the digestion being obnoxious, and keeping you awake and uncomfortable.
