I tried getting Windows 95 to work. Crashed DOSBox. At least with 98, I got through setup before getting a BSOD.

Windows 95 and Windows 98 on the PSVita... Okay the Vita is a hidden powerhouse of a console but it can't handle social messaging apps like Discord. I need to seriously get that console badly...

Absolutely! Do make sure to check what games you can run (retail + homebrew), because the game library is limited, and emulation is hit and miss. Some unexpected emulators work great, some basic ones don't.
Outside of that, it is basically a very power efficient 540p console you can even use on a big screen thanks to plugins. And of course, let's not forget PSP and PS1.

Discord isn't a measurable goal. The performance is there for a theoretical client. However, the company is hostile towards custom clients, and there hasn't been any interest maintaining custom clients for consoles.

I can't believe that client modding is close to being play but when it comes to custom client mods, that's when things get really rough. I feel bad since most of these client mods are only done to make the regular client usable on other devices
