It did happen at some point when DS-Scene was alive and well, until it all died out and people moved onto here.
Well, people need to make their money somehow, and it's called getting a job. You work hard, and if you do as your boss tells you to, you get paid. Not everybody can afford their fair set of essentials, but enough to keep themselves alive.
