Freedom of religion includes freedom of having no religion and criticizing practices / Weltanschauung.
Whatever the given cartoonish picture is supposed to mean in "internet" or "meme" context, it's neither illegal nor worth any attention. In my opinion it is just showing off stupidity → uBlock Origin → :)

Even Monty Python refrained from showing the explicit violence of crucifixion (they considered it and found it inappropriate) – not even talking about a child(ish) character. Life of Brian is an ingenious parody exposing a lot of weaknesses in common religion. A lot of thought went into that movie. A lot more than into rubbish memes.
