Obviously, it's no competition. You have to take peripherals into account though. If you don't already have a gaming PC, you probably don't have decent peripherals just laying around, and the PS5 comes with a pretty great controller. I still would take the PC any day.
I don't know that I would go with a Nvidia GPU on that budget but that's a minor nitpick.

Apparently the 7500F is hard to come by so might not be a viable option for many though.
