Yeah, even if he does care for the player, it's pretty annoying... To be fair, it's only ever experienced before school/story events and after metaverse travel, similar to P4.
To be a bit fairer to Morgana, his "go to bed!" thing was toned down between P5 and P5R, as there's stuff to do inside Leblanc from the outset (like cleaning or studying or reading) that wasn't in the original release.
And it's not like "his awful behaviour towards Ryuji" is undeserved; the dyed-blond also takes potshots at Morgana. It's a bidirectional toxic relationship, not just one-way. No-one really forces either one to stop, either, until the "Shadow Beauty" thing where Mona runs away.
Ann, though...yeah, Morgana's behaviour can get a bit much, especially considering what her arc's all about, but again no-one tells him to stop, and it's not taken seriously. A case of poor writing, here.
