Personally, A Link Between Worlds is my favourite 2D game, while Twilight Princess is my fave 3D game - in this series.
Majora's Mask 3D + Restoration Patch is excellent, though, for sure; depending on how I'm feeling, it's either 2nd or 3rd (competing with The Wind Waker HD).

Eeh, A Link to the Past doesn't make sense name-wise (it's dimension-travel, not time-travel), and I find the controls to be...showing their age, so to speak. Also the Dark World enemies are surprisingly powerful, dealing a lot of damage.
ALBW is a fantastic modernisation of it, really.
