The first level of Treasure Island Dizzy was a bit confusing for me, I'd assume you would jump in the water and swim, but I kept constantly drowning lol. You're supposed to move to the left instead of right.
Ha, beats jumping into real water and drowning, kids do it all the time (well not ALL the time), but it happens. A long time ago my brother had a neighbor who's toddler breached the gate for the pool (kids get into EVERYTHING) and subsequently drowned in it. Sad story. I think the parents got an expedited divorce and moved away. Very sad, and could have easily been avoided...
It is a fact that parents are ignorant on how to raise their children. For putting children at danger, they ought to have served time in prison. Instead of truly learning, many of them seem to be glued to their iPads.
Yeah ugly story. Too bad. If I owned a pool and had a toddler, I'd teach the little fucker to swim. Not that that makes the kid getting into the pool deck any better, it doesn't. But every story like this could have been avoided by teaching the kid to swim. I don't care if it's too young to teach that, I'd still teach the kid to swim. If they can learn to walk, they can learn to swim. 'Nuff said.
