I don't understand why this happens to me on some people's profiles. I don't see an option to limit people to see their profile on my account at least

You're asking the wrong person. My profile was and will always be open, to friends and enemies. 😎 But I believe that some users only allow access to their followers; which is inconceivable to me. 🙄
