@K3N1 Why would I know of any drugs, when I do not care for them? Hence my curiosity, as to what that 1-person-legalise and millions-people-criminalise labels each refer to.

I don't think criminalization of drugs is up to the FDA, they can approve or block new pharmaceutics but wen it comes to legalizing weed it's up to the government.
