I do believe the sad any angry reactions don't increment the other user's score.

I always thought the sad/angry reaction was in relation to the contents but not aimed at the poster themselves. "Triggered" users generally don't use reaction buttons, they go straight for the "reply" and post this or some equivalent. Or were all those angry reactions to my posts people wanting beef with me
