I don't remember it ever being used in-game, but if you use ZMenu (a mod menu) to change the player model, or spawn another model, the 437th entry in the list ("Yoshizawa - no clothes, long hair") is right there and can be spawned. WHY

Somehow reminds me of the discussion about the Dead or Alive game on 3DS. Free camera movement around the figures… and the first thing people did was looking under the girls' skirts.

To work around potential (legal) problems I would always assign an age of 18+ to any figure.
