What is the problem with it being ATA? Is the PC itself too new or too old?
Although considering that you mentioned USB, it sounds like it's too new to have ATA port on-board.

I agree with @SAIYAN48, if you can score some old PCs being thrown out, then it's most of the times much cheaper to "reanimate" them than to fuck around with adapters which might be bugged (I am looking at you, JM20329 :angry:).
Although considering how "trendy" old PCs have gotten, you do have to find them "in the wild" unless you're ready to pay out of the ass for a shitty old used PC.

The "Problem" is/was,I have changed the Mainboard a few Months ago,and that other Mainboard HAVE IDE Connectors onboard......but I have "invested" time last Week to "Service" my PC (New CPU Cooler,the Cables new "rerouted" everything tip top..I don't want to rip everything out again...

But I found my old ASUS Formula Maximus II and a Intel XEON (Socket 775),a NoName Nvidia PCI Express Graphiccard,so I can start in the next Hour(s).😉👌
