My workflow and work performance will be multiple orders of magnitude higher on the Pentium I with Win XP compared to an Android phone missing the keyboard and the mouse.
However, thinking of my recent test with a Celeron 433MHz and 192MB RAM, I wouldn't recommend browsing GBAtemp with the old computer. Maybe it is time for a slightly newer, additional PC?

Honestly, PCs don't interest me; I already use it too much at work. I couldn't afford it anyway. I can't afford to rent an apartment. After my divorce I went back to my 80-year-old mother. I have a meager salary but, on the other hand, I have a lot of free time on my hands.

The freely programmable machine is a great achievement in human history. Locked phones are an abomination in comparison.
A working office PC is far cheaper than renting an apartment. If you were near me I could sell you PC+Monitor+Keyboard+Mouse+Cables for €20 (or even give one set away for nothing).
