As far as I know there are no formatting options for the titles. Don't know if it would accept BB Code. The thread titles look all the same when browsing the forum, even for sticky topics – those with unread content appear in bold.

That would carry abuse potential. Everybody would try to make their title bold or a rainbow of colors to draw attention
