It's your browser. You can try to either Ctrl+F5 for a hard refresh which usually fixes that, clearing the cache, or a combination of both after clearing the cache.

@Jiehfeng How'd you do that on macOS? I've noticed that as well.

For mac you can do either Shift+Clicking the reload button, or Shift+Command+R. Clearing the cache you know I assume, it should be the same.
