I say that because I used PSN for the first time today, and its basically as advertised. Its a legit social network-ish thing

Another thing, and I may be wrong here; Sony has opt-outs for data collection everywhere, which is pretty nice of them in this day and age. Like they're shitty but not Facebook level shitty

oh and for something from 2012, the PSN store holds up pretty well on the Vita

It IS as advertised, that's the issue people have with it! 60€ to play online when it should be 100% free like it is on PC and only things you get besides that is some shitty games every now and then which rarely add up to more than 20€ which you probably won't even bother playing... People have an issue with it because it doesn't offer anything impressive to justify the price

60€ a year, but still, it gives you nothing of even mention past the ability to play online (which should be free). As for Vita, Vita and PSP can perfectly fine pirate games, so no reason to even pay and funnily enough despite both being pretty much discontinued at this point the eshops work on both of them just fine, Sony never knows when to close servers lol

also not really a selling point but for what its worth the hardware is really nice
