Publisher Kwalee and independent developer FLYOS are pleased to announce Vampire: The Masquerade — ETERNAL WHISPERS, a narrative-driven CRPG set in the World of Darkness. For the occasion, the trailer above was aired and its key features are as follows:
  • Narrative-driven CRPG set in the World of Darkness
  • Meaningful choices with lasting consequences
  • Fail-forward storytelling where failure reshapes the narrative
  • Investigative gameplay focused on discovery and deduction
  • Deep roleplaying and character customization systems
  • Final Death mode with permanent consequences
  • A dark modern Montreal inspired by gothic horror

No release window has been announced for the game, but it can be wishlisted on Steam.

There are so many vampire masquerade games, even tho they all mid at best due to various reasons
 
Given how crappy all the recent Vampire: The Mascarade games have been, this can't be worse than them. Bloodlines 2 was an insult but then again, so were the previous games.

I'll be looking at this one optimistically, it does seem to have the correct vibes at least.

Vampire the masquerade Redemption was probably my favorite, so this one will hopefully bring things back to its roots.
 
Please dont ruin legacy of Bloodlines anymore. Just remaster it for modern systems and consoles and we good.
