is it working properly ?
I say it does, I know for Wii I actually made B and A next to each other by default I think B was zr, I guess that was the closest to being identical to where it would be on the wiimote. I can’t recall if the button config updated automatically while game is loaded. I use the album to go to homebrew browser while game is loaded. I didn’t remap my gc buttons but I would say that works too.

ok

Why is there no music or sound effects on Tico since I've updated and installed with the Tico installer?
That’s how this one was made, if you still have your other tico like me, it will work with the sound and still be updated but not with the updated look. For the updated one you can do custom sounds but I never downloaded files for it yet. I’m not sure how easy it’s going to be to find all available sound packs since I think there only shared on discord. There is this to I guess help make your own sounds.

I got issues installing/updatings cores, when I installed tico I could install most cores via the menu but it stopped working, I ended up having to install the PSX core manually and now I can't update anything via the menu. It acts like it downloads something and then the update/install didn't happen at all.

The only thing I can think of is, your probably not on the latest update of tico, that’s how it was for me. I needed to update for the core to update.

cant get dolphin to work on the new version. did a clean install of tico, downloaded the core. when starting a game tico just crashes after a few seconds of black screen.
on the sd card inside the tico/system/gc folder, there is only the user folder, nothing else was created. i dont now if thats right or if there should be more files/folders here. I saved my old tico folder, there is more stuff in there
