EDM-010 1 sec BLOD, no VCore voltage

Hi, I have PS5 with 1 sec Blod. The board is EDM-010, there is no shorts. When I press power button I have 1.3V to the RAM but there is no 1V to the APU. Also don't have power to the circled area.
The UART code is C00C0002 - already replaced Infineon XDPE14286A, it's power supply chip and checked all Mosfets. Any idea how to proceed?

can you check the reseitance with vcore and ground, i do have similar issue and its shows .2 ohm
 
The VRMs which are driven by the XDPE controller are on the other side of the APU. The error C00C0002 = VRM controller access error. I would check the XDPE connections to the eight VRMs for correct readings.

On the back of the infineon chip you have a litte component with 5 legs (3 on one side and 2 on the other ) and i do not remenber the name.

But anyway, from left to right , on the row of 3 you should have when you try ton power it on , 5v_main (not the stand-by one) ground and 3,3v (i think its comming from the inifneon)

I have an issue like this on mine , and the 5v_main (not the stand-by) was missing.
I have inject 5v and the console has started, and now boots normaly.
