No, I let it sit long enough to initialize. Multiple times from a couple minutes to 10 to 12 minutes. There was no activity like the little circle spinner when you boot. Also none of the F shortcuts to enter bios settings were working. I reied an external keyboard, nothing got past the logo screen.
