These are the files that are causing the startup errors. Delete the files contained in the folder and use Amelia's patches. This solved my problem!
Hi! What files exactly do you mean?

Solution :

Post in thread 'Sigpatches for Atmosphere (Hekate, fss0, fusee & package3)'
https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatc...kate-fss0-fusee-package3.571543/post-10842865
Ok, I see now the files. Although, it's not a startup problem for me. It shows this error when trying to Install the new HATS.

I tried this patch but I still got the same error.

You need to delete the new BTH files; they are causing this error in the new version of Atmosphere.

Access the atmosphere folder, then the patches folder, delete the exefs_patches bth patch and replace them with the folders from the Amelia patch. I tested it twice and the error was resolved.

Updated to latest Atmosphere, hekate, sys-patch and firmware and, so far, nothing seems to be broken. Thanks for the quick update this time around! Cheers!
The problem isn't with the new updates; the error lies in the old executable patches. Overwriting the new files causes the error that I and other users are experiencing. The solution is to delete the executable patches from the image.

finally cause i accidentally uploaded my switch yesterday TT

Okay, can anyone help?

Ever since first trying Atmosphere 1.11.0, it's completely broken my ability to launch anything.

I did NOT update the (emuMMC) firmware; it's still on 21.0.0.

I can't launch ANY installed game at all. Full stop. UNABLE TO START SOFTWARE every single time.

Holding R to launch homebrew doesn't work, ever. it just gives an "unable to start" app/game error. Trying to run an installed game, it fails and then is immediately flagged as corrupt, which IIRC was only a thing where I needed to update sigpatches... but of course nobody seems to want to do that anymore.

And of course I can't launch ANY homebrew at all that needs the Hold R to launch method. So I can't use Awoo. I haven't been able to use DBI for years ever since they threw that anti-english tantrum.

I even tried rolling back to 1.10.1 that I had on before, but all the functionality remains broken. It ticks me off because the Switch already forced me to uninstall Legends Z-A and is now Griping about another installed game too. I'm trying to get this resolved before it just forces me to uninstall everything.

I need help, and I don't know what else I can do.

Only thing preventing me from updating is waiting for any confirm that homebrew apps still work.
Specifically the modified ones that are compatible to 21.0.0/21.2.0

Try this pack: : https://github.com/THZoria/AtmoPackVanilla/releases/tag/4.0.5
Delete all folder except the ones mentionned by instructions ( Do NOT delete “Nintendo”, “emuMMC”, “sxos” ,“emutendo and switch if you have them” )then extract the zip and replace all the rest on your SD card...
I have no problem like yours launching game or homebrew with this pack on 22.0.0...

Oh my gosh, it actually worked. Thank you! I can finally use my Switch again <3 :gba:

Anyone knows if there is an application like Atom XL Installer for the Switch that will work with 22.1.0
There is homebrew called Cyberfoil, available in Zoria's pack by the way, which is compatible. I use this instead of DBI right now cause it's less troublesome with some game.
It does the job for now and there is many easy way to install files with it...

So fast I'd almost suspect Nintendo of getting a provocateur agent out to "officially" support hacked updates just to track everyone who's using it.

You don't have to update OFW to the latest in order to have emuNAND on latest firwmare. My OFW is on 15.x.x and my emuNAND is on latest firmware. I only use emuNAND on my hacked Switch nowadays. Check NH Switch Guide to see how to create emuNAND. For game backups, you'll need sys-patch. For the title installer, I suggest using latest Russian DBI. Remember that you don't have to update OFW in order to dump its firmware files so that you can update emuNAND, there's a certain Github repositories that hosts all the Switch firmware files (I'm not allowed to link to it due to the forum rules, I guess, but a quick search is all it takes to find it). In the future, check this guide on how to update your Switch.

Wanted to know if it is ok to use the newest version of atmosphere that is for firmware 22.1 on a switch that has firmware 20 to 22.0 or should i just install firmware 22.1 first through nintendo servers before setting up custom firmware?
