hello, I updated my fw to 21, and the latest release 2.1.8 make me crash

Removing exefs.nsp from the .\atmosphere\contents\420000000007E51A folder allow me to boot again.

Any ideas?

Did you also update nxovlloader?

nxovloader was literally included in ultra hand sdout package, so yes.
and deleting it allow me to boot, as said

Maybe try toggleing memory expansion in settings and restart and see if that works

ok so ive got ultrhand working but all the overlays except syspatch are in red and unable to be used when i go into the hbmenu they all say unsupported abi expect compatibily iissues does anyone know exactly whats going ive updated to fw 21.0.0 with all necessary files

following my last message, I noticed the problem was with nx-ovlloader**+** (also included by default in the sdout package) and not the normal version.
nx-ovlloader work and boot hos fine, nx-ovlloader+ make hos crash right after switch logo

All homebrew need to be recompiled for 21.0.0 libnx changes you need to wait for them to be updated

If you aren't already using this, I recommend using CrafyAwesome's memory hack (for HOS 20 only, dont use it on HOS 19 or lower).

you need to add this like to your hekate_ipl entry, as well as the file to your atmosphere folder.

kernel=atmosphere/mesosphere.bin

This will recover around ~1.85 MB of the system memory.

Update:
It is not recommended to use this on HOS 21, it may have issues.

I have heard from Craftyawesome that users should not use the memory hack on HOS 21 / AMS 1.10. (just a heads up)
Memory is extremely tight, so stuff is still being tested. IMO, it is not recommended for users to go to HOS 21 quite yet.

This version is a recompiled version for HOS 21 only (provided to me by another user). It should work without issues (so I've been told). The other HOS 20 version does work on HOS 21, but it will break the web browser and cause crashes the browser called upon. However the HOS 20 version used on HOS 21 does reclaim ~9mb right now on AMS110-pre (while HOS 21 version is ~1.85 MB like before), but it is still not recommended to use because of this reason.

Everytime im reboot my switch, setting in mics got reset as well, kinda annoying that i have turn off swipe to open everytime i do that. Is there any permanent solution?

Newest atmosphere and hos 21.0.
Installed ultrahand manually on sdcard. I cant get ultrahand to show.
Installed ultrahand via hbstore, still cant ultrahand to show.
Any ideas?
I have overwritten old tesla overlay. Also installed newest nx-ovlloader. I pit ovlmenu inside /switch/.overlays/

Try getting ultrahand from offical github, also dont get the packaged sd card. Get ovlmenu than get nxovlloader separately and restart device

Holding down L, pressing R3 and pushing D-pad down. Nothing

Hi i have some problem everytime i install overlay (Tesla or Ultrahand) i get this error
- i removed Atmosphere and bootloader folder
- tried to remove config and everything clean

do i need to format ? sd corrupt ? thank you for your answer have a good day !

hi, i just need help to access edizon with ultrahand, but it doesnt show on the main page of ultrahand.
im on FW21/AMS 1.10.0

i followed the instruction on git, i downloaded sdout.zip on the latest release of ultrahand. it already contains nx-ovlloader and ovlmenu.ovl.
i just extracted all the contents to the root of my sdcard.
i also downloaded edizon.nro and edizon overlay (latest versions) placed it on their respective folders.
i booted my switch, pressed the ultrahamd combo button. ultrahand did show up, but i cant find edizon.
i also tried to install status-monitor-overlay on sd, but same thing happens, i cant find status-monitor-overlay on the ultrahand main menu.
i also tried using Fix Bit Archive on hekate, but i still cant see my overlays

did i do any wrong steps? btw this is the first time im going to use overlay menu (i dont have any experience usung tesla menu overlay before).

Can you show me a picture of your folders?

thanks for your response, but i already figured it out. my switch folder was named SWITCH (all caps). After changing it to lower caps, the other overlays is now appearing in the ultrahand.

It means its not compatible with the version of ams your on. Check out the list of compilied hombrews for ams 1.10. Emuiibo should be there
