Timers are often float values for the number of frames elapsed since the timer started, almost never the number of frames left on the timer. Since it's frames and not seconds, you need to test between 30 and 60 frame values. For example, if there's 6 seconds left and the timer started at 1 minute, you need to search for values between either 53 * 30 and 54 * 30 (1590.0 to 1620.0) for 30FPS, or 53 * 60 and 54 * 60 (3180.0 to 3240.0) for 60FPS.

I think most of the codes are permanent, but you'll have to test it lol. Max Moves and Max DMG are probably not permanent, but the others should be.
