The Capacitors.
So I got help, but it seemed good to offer up a good list of tips that saved me, this might save you, first off I straight out did work with my dad to put new capacitors on my motherboard, this fixed an output error of only getting sound, so a few old Wii's might need that fix.
BootMii Storage and Power.
But now let me offer up the best tips based on what I needed help with, BootMii hates SD Cards over 32GB, SD Cards need to be FAT32, as do the Hard Drives you use, USB Sticks break easily so just don't, apps can see larger SD Cards, but 32GB is good to keep BootMii running, always back up the NAND, you need the new cISO files to run Wii backups and to even use an HHD, my HHD is a 2TB Seagate portable Hard Drive, I needed a Y-Cable for power as the Wii is bad about it's USB ports running at low power, so you need more power for many HHD things, 3.0 use even more power so a powered USB hub might solve your power needs, or a HHD you plug into the wall directly.
Ripping Games and the File Setup for Nintendont and USB Loader GX.
USB Loader GX is finally good at ripping disks, CleanRip only rips in the ISO format, and you need to convert Wii ISO files to WBFS to run, or just let USB Loader GX rip in that format, Nintendont needs games to be game.iso, if you are on Windows and your file name extension setting is off you can name the file game and it hides the .iso, calling it game.iso when this is off ends up with game.iso.iso, check your format, Wii Backup Manager is good to have for conversion, a lot of PAL GameCube games break if you shrink them, make sure you put games in the right folder, that will mess up things, Wii games need the game ID in the folder name in [ ] your WBFS games are in, and you put the games in a wbfs folder, GameCube games must be game.iso and in a games folder in a folder you can call anything you want, USB Loader GX rips games and makes the right folder. Wii games will be split into smaller files when ripped if the game is one of the dual layer disks. Letting USB Loader rip the disk fixes a lot if you want to just play the games, if you want Wii ISO files use CleanRip.
Port 0, and CISO Plus Some FAT32 Warnings.
USB uses port 0, the leftmost port when a Wii stands up. Really make sure you install the cISO files in the right blocks, FAT32 only really works well up to 2TB, over that it gets weird. Anything over 32GB needs a tool to format into FAT32, Wii Backup Manager can do that, but you can use many programs to do so.
Connecting to the Internet.
So using a cellphone as a mobile hot spot can fix internet connection problems, I do that, and my Wii runs fine when I do.
The Gecho Codes.
The Gecho code files go in the games folder in a folder named after the ID of the game, and to even boot those you need a sneek folder on your root with the knobigc.bin and konbiwii.bin files, so many people can't easily find those anymore, but that is the reason the codes work, and the whole code file ID folder, always set your paths correct and your root when using apps.
PAL Games and Other Regional Game Info.
PAL games on an NTSC console need the force NTSC mode, even if you mod out the region lock you often can't directly boot a disk from another region, so boot it in an app, or rip it and boot the rip, I have a PAL version of Billy Hatcher running on my NTSC Wii, using the ISO, I ripped.
GameCube Saves, and How to Move Things To and From Dolphin.
Nintendont and USB Loader GX can make RAW files to save GameCube games if you find the Memory Card Emulation and set it on, each game can get it's on RAW and the 251 blocks is safe and stable, you can set it as a single Memory Card, but each gaming having a 251 is fine, if you use Dolphin you can import and export the .gci saves GameCube games make, so you can use Dolphin to get games on and off your Wii using the RAW files, Dolphin can see them and open them, so you can get your saves, simply use your SD or Hard Drive, and have Dolphin open the RAW, then export or import a .gci to move saves, I use it to get the ones off my HHD.
A few Final Tips.
Priiloader is super handy as it can help stop bricking and unlock a lot of things, it was well worth having, just don't keep it or BootMii on a SD and USB drive. If you try a Y-Cable like I did, try it more than once, if it errors out, those USB ports can be weird, so after my Wii crashed even using it, I tried again and now for safety I unplug mine after shutting the Wii off, plugging it in before booting has made the Y-Cable work way better, and just making sure the USB is in all the way. So far after that day 1 of crashing, the unplugging and plugging back in after shutdown saved my HHD, this was my weird trick to get the Y-Cable to work. This was my most common problems, all fixed slowly. I think I covered a lot of the weird problems people face now. My Wii has been fine, after getting the Seagate working, that dumb power problem was the root to so much of my problems.
I Will Edit and Fix Up the Text and Guide as Needed.
I split things up better, but I was going to likely edit this often, as I find new tips and info, this is my Wii modding tips and tricks that saved my Wii, but this was scattered across tons of sites and posts. Extra trips are welcome, and if needed I will overhaul the look of my post. I was just trying to help people.
