    I doubt that cleaning logs would cause banning, maybe Nintendo wont upload our logs, but it's easy to check whether logs have been cleanned illeaglly.

    That's strange, I have used LFS for almost 1 month and haven't been banned. Edit: I never use flight mode and never clean any logs.
