    Homebrew [WIP] rehid:- Button remapping for 3ds

    Has anyone tested rehid per system titles? I want to use a separate config for Streetpass Mii Plaza but seems it doesn't recognize it. Global rehid.json works. TitleID 0004000E00022800 also seems correct.
