    Install the 3 ioses or GeckOS channel and the game will run just fine. Install it in order.. 38, 53, 55 .. don't thing you need rev 8.. i did not need it.

    FlatMii will still work. My setup is 3.3E PAL Wii + FlatMii & GeckOS Channel w/002 FiX Iv tested 60 isos from PAL,NTSC/U and NTSC/J .. all runs.
