It's due to the original Japanese program having problems. You can find it here http://game.umimi.com/tool/pokesavbw.html
For some bizarre reason it had 0 problems before and now is seen as a false positive. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antivirus_sof...false_positives
Totodile has been trying...
Works fine for me, maybe you're not saving/confirming your edits. Just be sure to choose Generate after choosing Male.
Open sav file -> Edit -> Generate ->
The following three are in the same window:
Male (bullet) -> Generate(PID will change) -> OK ->
(PID change will show here too) OK -> Save
What happens when you guys try to run it?
I tested this on Vista/7 64(SP1 also) and it worked fine.
Uh... I know it sounds weird, but if you get the Note window you should be fine...
You have to choose Start, hopefully not just closing it.
A proper translation? Other than capitalization for Gen V, I don't see anything wrong. F6B already has what you listed, and anything transferred will be capitalized due to the game, not Pokesav. Renaming is your own problem since you've chosen to.
This is what I use:

jsparrow's 0.06c is a lot better to me. There's 4 other languages available also.
The thread is here.
Names are chosen based on hidden meanings.
Pokabu is like "warm pig". Tepid is also somewhat warm, with the obvious pig change.
Too lazy to explain the others, but I like Oshawott's name because I can make fun of it.
