    I may be able to add something to this conversation. I noticed that when you access the e-shop, it deletes DLC for games that you already own DLC for. Not games you never bought DLC for. I legitimately own a theme, some Hyrule Warriors DLC, and FE:Birthright via DLC. Those are the DLC's I own...
