No this is a native switch port from latest Dolphin source, and not the RA Core like Tico Dolphin for exemple

Does running any ROM literally takes a minute to finally boot from a black screen? Beyond that, the system seems capable of maintaining a consistent 60 FPS, which is fantastic. I'm basing that notion on Dragon Quext IX, so far.
