    Yeah like I mentioned in my post above yours, I was getting "File too large" errors while transferring, even though the transfer would complete "successfully". I have my drive formatted to FAT32 just because I heard elsewhere it had better compatibility so I went for that. No need to reformat...

    So I seem to have found the issue for anybody interested or having similar issues. I went and checked back on the logs in Wii Backup Fusion for transferring the files to the wbfs folder and noticed that those three games all contained errors in the transferring process, despite the end status...

    EDIT: Okay so I have done as you said but still can't seem to load the games. Nothing is really different.

    : Figured I'd just repost the solution in the original post so people would see it first. Anyways the issue seemed to be due to the drive being formatted to FAT32. Wii Backup Fusion I guess wasn't liking the 4gb splits so deleting the .wbfs files on the drive and then re-transferring them in 2gb...
