    I never seen any log, only a shiny spot in the water, and only after I beat the Alpha. Idk, maybe I am missing something, but I just beat him, clicked the shiny spot, and the guy came and finished the quest.

    It was told to me that it is determined by your starter Pokémon's level. I used candies to max it's level, and have never had one escape, in or out of battle, Alphas included.

    Yeah, it does not apply either. I tried both of the normal DPad L/R Off/On, and the always on/off codes you put, but for some reason, the shinies codes are the only ones that do not work for me as intended. I am on Ryujinx, and have tried them on both v1.0.0 and v1.0.1.

    You have to change the {Master Code} to [Master Code] for it to appear in the list, otherwise, for me at least, it appears as default in the cheat list.

    One is 100% Catch rate, and the other is 100% Capture rate. Also, one works in battle only, and the other works in and out of battle.
