New 3DS Hyrule Gold Edition US original firmware: 9.9 updated to: 10.3 downgraded to 9.2 after 7x black screen, i turned wifi on, and the downgrade was made. thanks for your work!- xed

i got a 3ds from a friend with 6.2 firmware, never connected to the internet. when i press the browser, he ask to go to the settings and update the firmware. what can i do to acess the exploit?- xed
