    Got my Switch back from Nintendo. They gave me a different Switch, probably refurbished. The one I sent had serial # XAW1003 and new one is XAW1007. No ban tho so thats cool.

    I dont remember details but somewhere in the settings, there is a way to wipe your switch, like for selling it used or something. It might be called "Re-Initialize"?

    I dont think thats the case because the console also wont charge the joycons when plugged into power. Also, I dont know how much power a functioning Switch draws but sitting at the Hekate boot menu, it shows that I'm drawing 420mA with nothing running. I dont know all the things that the battery...

    Just noticed, I turned off console completely at 93% battery and turned it back on 30 minutes later and it was 99%, with no charging. Ive never put Linux on my switch so I dont suspect a battery de-sync issue (SX OS 1.3 was supposed to fix that anyway).
