    It also doesn't show up as a directory in 3ds/Checkpoint/saves/ but everything else does

    Yea it can, if you go to titles, then select a game and select "browse save data" Also no I haven't, I might try but since FBI and JKSM couldn't open it idk if it's worth downloading
