    Stuck at 15 fps sounds like you aren't using skip fence. 60 to 70% is correct for an i5. Has to do with how windows reports cpu usage. Cemu only uses two heavy threads and a little bit of a third thread i.e. ~70% of a quadcore cpu. It's anyone's guess until it gets here.

    What generation of i5 and is it locked or not? EDIT: forgot to actually answer your question. In general exactly what you have. An i5 8gb of ram and an recent-ish nvidia card will be fine for everything cemu can run except BotW.

    Yeah rename to anything for pmcs. On BOTW videos work just fine. You just need cemuhook to decode them. That specific crash is often the result of someone running v0.9.0, which doesn't work, by editing version.txt to get around the system update message.
