    N3DS 9.1 Here. I'm trying to dump Xorpads for region swapping but it fails citing a lack of "NCCHIFO.bin". What is the most likely cause and how can it be resolved?

    Given the prices of CN or Sky3ds, I'm considering sending it to a third party who is able do the update based on what he's said. should something go wrong, I know he's capable of undoing the damage.

    So CN can boot NTR without a browser, thus allowing it to send an update request to a local server instead of a Nintendo one thus enabling the update? I only read into this problem yesterday when receiving it, thus am not as well informed about updating as I'd like.

    I thought that this 8.1j 3ds didn't have a browser for cubic ninja exploits. Doesn't Cubic Ninja need browser access to load NTR?
