    No I meant that there using SpotPass to detect modifications, and if the test comes back as true it puts your system on a blacklist.

    That's what I meant, or that's how the theory goes. So disabling SpotPass will (if you haven't connected to the internet yet) will prevent your 3DS from being put on the blacklist. (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT MY THEORY I JUST THOUGHT THAT IT MIGHT ME HELPFUL TO SOME PEOPLE)

    Apparently Nintendo is banning the 3DS's via SpotPass. So if you turn off your router, turn on your 3DS, and then turn off SpotPass, and then afterwards turn your router back on, you can still use online services with Luna installed.
