    Wait no, I still have the three games, it's just the others that disappeared. Couldn't I just reinstall the CIA's though, since they could bring back the tickets or am I thinking this wrong.

    well the cia is version 0.0.0.0 and last time I read about that version must mean that it was console dumped. Would converting the 3ds file to CIA be another thing to consider.
