Hardware Mig Switch on Switch 2

wonder then if I put a shi**y sd card with 10-20mb/s read speed does it makes og switch refuse to load the game.

But that just maybe, I guess read speed could also deteriorate on original cards. Also if thats only about read speed, then that change could also be implemented on OG switch as software update to block mig switch.

Hardware Mig Switch on Switch 2

It couldn't be that simple. Mig switch keeps working on original console, so I doubt it simple detection about "reply as a real card does" - which could be implemented at software level and be blocked on OG switch.

Hardware Mig Switch on Switch 2

I'm curious from a technical standpoint how the Switch 2 detects a MIG switch card. If the MIG switch accurately emulates the original Switch card's protocol well enough to fool the original console, then how does the Switch 2 detect it? Does it measure resistance differences between the pins...

home button not working after sleep mode

To anyone with the same problem - it's likely a corrupted emuNAND. Recreating emuNAND from scratch solves this issue completely.

Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

i'm attempting to do picofly installment on oled - what resistance should I get between D0 from adapter and metal shielding around emmc? My multimeter shows me 1.84Mega Ohm, is that correct reading to believe D0 adapter is correctly mounted?

Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

I'm honestly have no idea also. I asked the same question and I've got following response: When I checked it with multimeter there is no resistance (except multimeter probes ofc) between these points so I believe that's no reason to do so (if there is however I would like to know :) ). Here's...

I initialy didn't cut it and I was having simmilar issue that it was working correctly when I solder it, but when I put the metal shielding back and screw it I got red blink. I...

Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

Hello, I will try soldering mosfets without flex cable for picofly mod after mosfets come. But I did not know why sometimes on schema there is one mosfet and on the others 2 mosfets. Should I use two IRFHS8342TRPBF or just one is sufficient? Whats the difference when using two mosfets? Also when...
