    Bad idea to use Pimp My Wii imo. I would rather suggest you using cIOS Installer by Waninkoko to download and install cIOS.

    Good luck! Also, to be able to use SaveMiiFrii, you need to dissemble your gamecube controller and remove the protective sheet under the D-Pad. By doing this, you are able to press all 4 directions of the D-Pad at the same time.

    This may be a odd thing to try but what the hell, no harm in trying. Do you have an SD card plugged into your Wii when you turn it on? If so, take it out then turn it on and see if anything happens. Something happened to me once and I did this and it came on for me.
