    Well, As surprised as I am that nobody told you this.. If you have an MKWii disc, get GTRP Revolution, it's a custom map loader for MKWii with Wiimmfi ready to temporarily patch the game. . That's a tutorial on how to install it.

    Homebrew Can't install any miis with Mii Installer

    I've been trying for hours to get a mii I made on my PC with custom symbols for MKWII, I made at least 10 miis and renamed the extension ".mii" and it still won't work. Does anybody know why and how I can fix this?
