    So final reply on this subject , I went to a repair shop and its the GPU so its unrepairable , I will try to get refunded by the seller , thanks for your help , I will look further into getting a switch in the future

    This Fixed my issue , I wanted to try another AC adapter but the guy who sold it to me said it can't be the issue and even swapped the dock but didn't want to swap the AC.... but after your comment I went and bought another one and now it is working , no more flashes at all , thank you very much...

    thank you for the info but as most of it stated in my original message , I do have a samsung TV but it was also tested on different monitor such as acer and toshiba , also tried a working dock from a friend , different hdmi cables , so these a pretty much ruled out sadly auto I will try this...

    I checked yesterday as I though so , seemed kinda clean (maybe damaged?) Ill take an extra look after work with proper lighting, but i dont know how it could explain it runs smooth for 2-3 minutes and then it gets worst.
