That said, Is it possible to downgrade every New 3ds to 9.2 ? That means you can install a CFW on any 3DS ? Well the japanese 3ds is cheaper than the one I get in Germany thank you for your response- wasweisic

Hey, Im new in this forum and I want to ask if it is possible to install a cfw to a factory-new japanese New 3ds Xl. Before I will buy it, I need to know if its based firmware version beyond 9.2.
