    I've got RB2 and I just tested it... I went to the 'Music Store', I connected to Nintendo WFC and then it just said 'No Rock Band Music Store data found'. Now that's weird... :S

    Doesn't it just update the music list though? I doubt it changes your firmware in any way... I had the same with Animal Crossing, had to install a update but it was only for WiiSpeak

    I've had it happen while installing the Backup Channel, but luckily that doesn't brick your Wii in any way Too many VC games, heh... sorry about the off-topicness

    What kimikal said is true, I noticed that when downgrading it took quite some time for it to download and install. (by the way, what happens when your wii has no more blocks left during the download/install? if thats even possible)

    AFAIK, this only happens when you have a cheat enabled. Try going to the cheat menu and see if anything is enabled that disables any earnings.

    The game is in the compatibility list and it says that 'it works perfectly'. At what speed did you burn it? Because if you get ingame but it crashes at the same spot over and over, it makes me think of a bad iso... You should try reburning it at a lower speed and see if it still crashes before...
