    I set up a second wireless access point to use just for the DS. MAC filtering, so I can leave it without regular security. Not a bad workaround if you have old networking stuff laying around.

    There's a setup and guide on the thread you linked. I don't think you need the new f_core, afaik it's only necessary to fix after updates, but with a DSL I don't see a problem.

    I just got an Acekard from RealHotStuff a week or so ago, one of the brand new ones with the 3DS on the packaging and firmware updated. Haven't had a problem with it. If RHS takes it back, they'll likely send you the brand new one like I received.

    First off, searching is your friend. Since you have the GMP-Z003, you can't run quad boot, you can only run the official firmwares, specifically Sakura and Touchpod. Unofficials will never work. And Sakura will not run an unpatched version. Patch it, or, like Catboy said, buy a better card...

    Mine is also slanted... I think they just kinda come like that. It also says OPEN on the bottom with an arrow, I have no idea what it wants me to open up.

    These threads are annoying. That being said, why choose that site? It's more expensive than most others. I can attest for RealHotStuff, I just bought my Acekard from them a week ago.

    Yes, but you were saying it when I just bought the card, so I didn't want to go and scrap it already. I had to suffer for a while first. Another problem, it sucks at various in game start menus. For example, opening the wifi settings in a game works, but exiting the menu results in a white screen.
