    That goes for any system/game. You are breaking their ToS. It's not surprising that people get banned. Thank god I didn't buy a Switch. A $300 Brick would be even worse if Nintendo decided to brick people's stuff.

    Your SD Card. Take it out. There is a switch on the side of it. Switch it and make sure it's not locked.
