    Hey Wormdood, out of curiosity I didn't press L at the boot of rxtools and I't launched alone without the need of pressing L, I don't know what was the problem but it looks fixed now and everything works fine, Thanks for your help and time.

    Yea I downgraded My 3ds and unfortunately I don't have any other SD card and I'm kinda broke (thats why I did this to my 3ds in the first place), What could happen if I left this like it is and keep using L at boot? and if it helps for something my 3ds is an old 3DS XL.

    Don't worry after all you're the one helping me, and Yesterday I downloaded a pack of themes and changed the themes then and nothing changed.

    In the sysNAND I have the default theme but In the emuNAND I have a bunch of themes set in the random function, and I still need to use L at boot.
