    Hacking Rumble Flash Cart?

    Would it be possible to get a gba flash cart with tilt sensors? (like the ones on WarioWare: Twisted!!! and Drilldozer) specifically to play Diddy Kong Pilot (build 2001)'s unused rumble pak feature.

    Specifically, gba emulation. I know this has probably been asked 13.7 billion times before, but would it be possible to emulate gba on DSI without a flashcart? Where I'm from, flashcarts are a rarity, and I'm much too broke and impatient to afford getting one online.
